My first project with Harry was a mixed-use building, office, showroom and warehouse. Harry’s work improved our business, created a fun work environment, and came in on budget. My second project was my dream lake house. All I can say is I love every inch of it. His consideration of views was spectacular. His use of space was like a Swedish engineer. For a small house, it could really handle large crowds all having a great time. He found a wonderful builder and managed the entire project. On time and on budget again. My third project was a new garage for my city home. I liked how he made it fit in so well with our 110-year-old house. But this garage was very cool. It handles large cars, tons of storage, electric vehicles, and sweet racking systems. I’m looking forward to the next project we can do together. Harry is simply enjoyable to work with
The sanctuary of the downtown shul (synagogue) is one of my favorite places in Pittsburgh –certainly one of my favorite Jewish places and maybe the only Jewish place built during my lifetime that gives me the same feeling of sacredness I feel in older spaces. The beauty of the sanctuary is the way you brought the tremendous history of the congregation down to the scale of its current, daily life. I cannot think of any other room in the city that is so grand and so intimate all at once
